Zito or Arroyo?

Got both pitchers on my ESPN team going head to head tonight and don't know if I should start both or just 1. If I only start 1 of the 2, I'm leaning Arroyo. It's -5 points for a loss but ya get +3 for every inning pitched, so I could still come out ahead starting both,eh?
