Trade Help...Shields for Bourn?

My rotation is R. Dempster, D. Holland, T. Hanson, E. Jackson, G. Floyd, J. Hammel, J. Shields, AJ Burnett... I am looking to get some SB's. Is it to much to trade Shields for Bourn?

I'm not a big fan of the high-SB outfielder that gets very low RBIs and HRs, since I see it as hurting your roster in two categories versus guys your opponents start in their OF position. That's a personal opinion and a discussion for another time, but I thought it was relevant to toss in here.

If you want to get Bourn, I think giving up Shields is fair value for him. Maybe even you getting a bit more value in the deal. So I'd probably do it.
