h2h 10-team, rank SPs - Rip up my squad -need to finish 1st

10 team Head-to-head KEEPER league with 9 hit stats(R, H,HR, RBI,SB,BB, AVG,OPS, XBH) & 8 pitch stats (W, CG, SV, K, GIDP, ERA, WHIP, QS). We are allowed 30 moves and 2 DL spots

I've decided for the time being to Punt saves. The league is very competitive and any hesitation of more than a day usually means you lose out on the guy your looking at in the wire. I like my team and I'm currently in first place and winning this week. As this is a keeper, I'm always looking to upgrade.
I missed my opportunity to grab Bauer and I don't want to miss Jarrod Parker if I can manage to drop someone and pick him up.
So please if you can help me by rating some of the pitchers on the wire vs my pitching staff it would be greatly appreciated, whomever i pick up don't forget I will have to drop someone.

Cancel Parker, he just got picked up,....shit, haha nay other waivers catch your eye ? what about A pettitte?

If it were me I would drop Wandy and pick up Carpenter, stash him on the DL, then add either Drew Smyly or Danny Duffy. I don't like any of the Astros guys...I have a hard time liking Danny Duffy because he's not going to help you in W's or L's....i do like his talent though, especially in a keeper league.

If Parker is available in a keeper league you should go pick him up immediately.
