Thinking of trading Bautista but a bit unsure what to ask for him since he's a high draft pick but he's been lacking lately. Was thinking Bautista and Napoli for Josh Hamilton and Pedroia? Is that a reasonable offer?

I wouldn't suggest trading him. He'll get back to business just be patient.

I wouldn't trade Bautista based solely on reasoning that I felt like I had to move him due to his start. I would still rank him where you ranked him pre seaosn at this point. If you can do a deal where you get more value, then there isn't anything wrong with trading him. I just think it's hard to trade a guy with a slow start without giving a discount on him and I wouldn't do that on Bautista yet. If you could get Hamilton and Pedroia for Bautista I'd probably to that (depending on who your 2B that Peds is replacing is and what C you would replace Napoli with) but I'm not sure the person with Hamilton would go for that. And I don't think you would want to discount Bautista enough right now to give up more and get Hamilton.
