Floyd or Scherzer?

Both Gavin Floyd and Max Scherzer were dropped in my 12 team mixed roto league today. I'm rolling with Greinke, Strasburg, Latos, E. Santana, Duffy, and H. Alvarez. Should I put in a claim for one of these guys and drop Alvarez? Which one?

I have the #5 waiver priority. Started the season at #6 have moved up only 1 spot so far. It has to be a pretty good player that is dropped to get the people in my league to use their waiver priority. In most cases people choose to wait until someone clears before picking them. Scherzer is a guy who I'd consider using this waiver priority for, though obviously it's not a lock I'd get him with 4 others in front of me. I'd wait on Floyd to see if he clears waivers (almost definitely will) and then try to pick him up.
