Hudson, Jurrjens, Hardy and Pujols on WAIVERS

Postby MadDog36 » Wed Apr 25, 2012 12:16 am

Just checked my leagues and some very shocking drops occurred.

See the title. Some idiot pissed off and probably drunk as heck in my y! keeper league dropped his underperforming players and players on the DL.

He made two other switches (DUMPED JJ HARDY FOR AVILES and Tabata for Nolan Reimold)

I don't understand this idiot.

Albert Pujols, Jair Jurrjens, JJ Hardy, Daniel Hudson, and Jose Tabata are now sitting on waivers and I could use one or two of these. Here's my rebuilding roster and don't laugh alright.

I suppose he dumped Daniel Hudson because he needed another pitcher and his DL is being taken up by Cliff Lee. This guy has I mean HAD a great team if he simply would have been patient nad not hit the panic button so dang soon.

Took over this team right before SOS, and has little youth except on farm team which is why I took the team.

BN: 2b/3b/SS Infante, 2b/OF/1b Cuddyer, 1b/DH Dunn
BN: J.A. Happ (SP/RP)
FARM
Julio Teheran, Dylan Bundy, Anthony Rendon, Jurry Profar, Devin Mesoraco

Who should I put in claims to drop. I think I will pass on Jurrjens for now unless I should stash him but limited bench the rest besides BN start every week for me. Hudson would bolster my rotation and make it pretty darn good at least for a year or two. JJ Hardy I think would give my team some more sock but it lacks speed obviously. The only speed option available in FA really is Jordan Schafer and Brett Lillibridge. What to do? Pujols would obviously be a huge boost to my team but I'm 4th in ww priority so I have no chance on him.

Add Hudson. Drop Happ for Schafer.

I would still make a go at Pujols just in case no one is paying attention. Can you stash Hudson on your DL? If so then I would do that. I am worried about that shoulder issue with Hudson though. I would drop Happ for Schafer as well.
