I am in a 12-team 6x6 H2H daily transaction keeper league that counts hold and OPS, and has individual OF positions. My team has been bitten by the injury bug and I have 3 hurt players (Howard, Ellsbury and Storen) with only 2 DL spots. In my opinion, Ryan Howard is the most expandable of these three hurt players, especially since there is still no clear timetable for his return and there is no guarantee he will have his power stroke even when he comes back. I had picked him up as insurance at 1B, but since Dunn and Morales are looking good, that is less of a priority now. I am looking to pick up Alex Rios, who has CF and RF eligibility (which in my league makes him multi-positional).
Is this a good move for me? Ort is there someone else more droppable?
