Its close. Andre Ethier has been insane this year. 22 RBIs already. But, he is no stranger to hot Aprils. If you think AE is for real, stay put. If you think he'll fall back down to earth, I see Cespedes and Ethier as in the same ballpark, while BP is way ahead of Kelly Johnson. BP's slow start is injury related. He'll be BP again after his sore leg heals up.

Ethier should drop a bit while Phillips should rise. Can your team handle the short term drop in order for the potential long term rise? If so, I don't think it's bad to pull the trigger on this one. Cespedes will also get some lineup protection later in the year when Manny is back (although that protection may disappear if Manny fails to perform).

Love Ethier this year, but he's is at a deeper position and won't put up stats like a healthy BP. I'd do it.
