Your thoughts on this offer please

I've been offered Jason Kubel and Derek Holland for my Cody Ross and Matt Moore. I need another pitcher but hate to give up so soon on Moore. I'm dead last in K's but I do have Kershaw and Verlander. My first instinct was to reject this offer. But being fairly new to FBB I thought i would pass it through the cafe pros first. Your thoughts please?
