So since I'm starting the thread today, I'm taking the opportunity to both brag that I had an offer accepted on a home last night, which has me totally psyched to the point where I couldn't sleep last night, and to also ask for any advice that homeowners could provide me going forward. I have an inspector going to the property Friday and hope to sign a contract over the weekend. Thanks!!

Benched Derek Holldand yesterday, thankfully, but now for some reason I want to start Darvish today I'll probably chicken out around 6:45pm ET and bench him. I'm leading my roto league in ERA and really don't want to blow it up with one start.

Congrats on the house! I have no advice, since I'm a lowly renter for now. All I can say is make sure you have your own area where you can go to relax and your wife/girlfriend has no desire to bother you. And don't call it a man cave.

Rolling with Price and Milone today. I've been waiting for Milone and Smyly to implode, destroy my ratios, and cause me to hate them for the rest of their careers. But so far they've been serviceable. I feel like I've only managed a handful of Ks from them thus far though... they need to play the Mariners more often.

Darvish against NYY is the strongest automatic bench today.
