He has Pedroia who he said he would shop and Asdrubal. Think I should try to swing an offer to get either of the two? If so what'd I offer?

i think the problem with moving lincecum is that people will want a discount based on his current start. he did get a W today with 8 Ks in 5IP, but he got out of the fifth on a really nice defensive double play. if you have faith in lincecum as i do, then i don't think moving lincecum now is the best idea unless you can get close to draft day value.

if you are targeting mccutchen, then i think it's fine to offer him a replacement like cruz (injury risk) or cespedes (strikeout monster). but lincecum on top is far too much. i might suggest a lincecum for mccutchen trade, but you have too many OFs. stanton, cespedes, cruz, and young (when he returns) are all must starts in your league.

i think your team is better served if you get pedroia or a cabrera. we need to see the other team's roster to narrow the trade possibilities. i think you should give at least one OF to get a MI, but with 3OF spots only people might not be in need.

sorry, not sure what to say except that the other owner's original offer sucked.

I agree with the poster above that he isnt violently shopping McCutchen if he's offering a trade as lopsided as Lincecum and Cruz for McCutchen. I wouldn't sell on Lincecum because of a few bad outings. He looked good today and should continue to look good going forward. I think you should go after Cabrera and Pedroia. What does his roster look like?

You can probably get Asdrubal for decent price because he was just heating before he went on the bereavement list, and Pedoria would help you but putting those plus McCutcheon might put the price too high. I would sell high on Cespedes while it lasts and if you still don't trust Lince put him out there too. But really you don't need McCutcheon you have enough OFs already. Go after Pedoria or Asdrubal or both because those players can help you more.

I love Austin Jackson and his value is real low right now, see if he will throw him into a deal...i think you should go after Pedroia.

Honestly I'm not a Lincecum fan because although he does usually go on a 1-2 month tear, i dont like the fact that their usually accompanied by 3-4 terrible starts and those could possibly come when you're trying to make a playoff push so with him its a hit or miss. He is a great pitcher just lacks some consistency i like in my pitchers.

If you could Swing Pedroia/McCutchen/Jackson for Lincy/Cruz/Cespedes (hate his Ks like the previous poster said)

That would be good IMO.

I would actually try to unload Lincecum. His fastball is still only topping out at 90-91. Something isn't right. See if he would do Lincecum/Cespedes for McCutchen/Danks.

Or if you want Pedroia , try Lincecum and Roberts.

I'm not so sure I would trade Lincecum at all. That trade helps him a lot more than you. I would counter and ask for McCutchen/Pedroia and offer Lincecum/Cruz/ and either Cespedes or Roberts

I like the lincy/cruz/roberts for cutch and pedroia deal. not sure if he bites, though.
