Last night I was listening to the replay of Pads/ChiSox on the radio, and one of our local color men claimed that someone there at ST told him that the Cubs are using Prior's achilles as a cover up for an elbow problem. I can't remember the name of the informant. The whole thing took me by surprise. Maybe someone from else from San Diego heard this
I found it interesting, though, that both announcers (Jerry Coleman, Ted Lietner) agreed that if this guy said it it's probably true.
Anyone else hear this?
"There's something kind of 'eee-yew' about a boy who doesn't like baseball." Foghorn Leghorn
