Is this a good trade? Victorino and Ichiro

I have been offered Victorino for Darvish and Ichiro. I am decent with pitching (meaning I don't mind being more offensive loaded) but what is your take on Darvish. He has had some control issues but is he going to get a grasp on the walks? Interested on what you think. 5X5 Head to Head League. Now been offered Bourn for Ichiro and Darvish. I was going to ask for Marcum and Bourn for Ichiro and Darvish.

whats your pitching look like? Darvish will get wins, he's on a great team. The control issues are him getting acclimated to the league in my opinion. Only a matter of time before he calms down and starts showing why Texas signed him for the amount they did.
