Who do I want to use?

Not sure which 3 OF to use this week. McCuthchen, Melky, N. Cruz or Austin Jackson. Im thinking of sitting McCuthchen?
Also on my infield, I am starting Pujols and Uggla. Thinking Mike Aviles over Aramis and Hosmer(CI)?
