Decent options on the SP wire??

Postby Jase44 » Mon Apr 23, 2012 8:33 am

Hey Everyone,

Looks like there are some good option on the wire. Think I should make any moves or stay put. I have a couple in mind but I'll see what the response is.

My Pitchers:
D.Price
M. Moore
C.Luebke
C.Lewis
U.Jimenez
J.Niese
E.Jackson
Carpenter (DL)
Pineda (DL)

Available pitchers:
Minor
Masterson
Chacin
Lynn
Colon
Alvarez
Sale
Bucholoz
Bedard

Any moves I should make??

Ditto this. I'd be nice to have Sale on your roster too.

Question--do you have 2 DL spots, or is one of those hurt pitchers sitting on your bench? I'd drop Pineda in a heartbeat (even if he isn't taking up a bench spot).
(In reference to an Aaron Hill for David Price swap)

Yes actually we have 3 DL bench spots and the other is recently occupied with Santos.

That was the switch I was thinking of making, I also like Lynn but I think Minor will be better overall this year.

Anyone else?

I'd take Minor over Jackson too.
