Who do I drop between the Big Z, Arroyo, and Parker. In a pickle on this one, please help !

Can't believe I am saying this...but I think I would go Big Z. Sure he will blow up eventually...but maybe that will be next year. LOL
I don't trust Arroyo and Parker is really more of a gamble and you can assume he will have some sort of innings/games limit (only pitched 135 innings as a max prior to this season).
Little help on mine?
