I don't think 10% of a season's worth of stats should dramatically change your opinion of him. He was a top 5 pick before the season and he still is. If people in your league have an inflated opinion of him, by all means, take advantage. If you can get Bautista and Halladay or something, I'd go for it.

By all means, shop him if people are seriously interested (I have been trying to concoct a trade to pry him in my league - to the consternation of the Leftovers forum, of course ) and are enamored with him based on his impossible to sustain early production.
Like mentioned above, if you can get another top five player, and a stud pitcher, go for it. Bottom line is Kemp will finish a tier above Bautista, and a Cy Young pitcher...is a Cy Young pitcher.
I wouldn't do Bautista and Jeter, because I just can't trust Jeter to be awesome all year long... too many miles. But I would do Bautista and a top-5 pitcher in a split second.

Totally Agree....
I would pull the trigger if Kershaw/Weaver/Verlander with Bautista/Longoria etc...
It's interesting I love trades. What is his actual trade value?

I trust Jeter. However still not enough...plus (my team bias) I have Cabrera doesn't make sense
Kind of a meaningless question. Value is always relative. Given all the different league styles/scoring/rules/keeper settings, etc, never mind the sheer weight of differences opinion on any given player, you really can't put a number on it. Kemp is one of the best players in the game, so the answer is "a lot," but the specific answer is going to depend entirely on your league and the people in it.

His trade value is what somebody will pay for him.
But to answer your question less abstractly, it depends. A first rounder that is healthy/producing like they should, plus an 18 win 200k pitcher or an elite upgrade at another position.
