advice needed for Donnelly replacement

Hasegawa without a doubt.

Balfour will probably make the twins rotation. In any case he isn't a set up man.

Juan Cruz who just got shipped from the Cubbies?? No way you pick him up. He is touted as a top prospect but I have seen little evidence of why he should be.

If Hasegawa is still there you must have other reasonable set up men available.

Well I just need a Relief Pitcher. Someone who will give me decent WHIP, ERA and the occasional win. It will be better if they would be inserted onto their teams rotation (giving me a extra starter)
