do I pull the trigger on this? everything in me is saying no. I'll probably finish near the bottom at stolen bases, reyes and victorino would both help though I'd be taking a hit in rbi, ops, and homeruns. I should stay, right?

Hold on Tulo, you need steals but would rather shop Uggla/Kendrick to get them.

Not feeling this trade. Tulo is the best SS in the game, and you are losing too much in other categories to make up for what you gain in SB.

This one makes me think. You need the help in the OF. Victorino is a nice upgrade over Frenchy or Hunter. My logic on scale of 100 you give tulo 100 what does reyes get 85-90. Victorino is 70-75 what is frenchy or hunter 60? I think it is very close to pulling the trigger. Or look at the avg pick tulo avg was 5.5. Reyes was 19. victorino 58. frenchy 182. Hunter 193. crips 152. Don't get me wrong Tulo is the best SS in baseball, but moving to Reys is not a huge hit. I am a fan of victorino and I am not a fan of frenchy or hunter. You get two players that are top 60, You might be able to trade Kendrick and one of your OF to get an upgrade. I ususally don't trade top players this early. tough one for me.
