12 team league with 3 starting OF positions of LF, CF, and RF, requiring specific position eligibility.
I have Morse (LF/1B) on the DL and just moved Delmon Young (LF) in a trade. I had Desmond Jennings as my LF but had to move him to CF (he just gained CF eligibility) when Ellsbury got hurt. I need to pick up a LF off the wire and here are the best available:
N. Reimold–hot start but will it last; missed yesterday's game with neck spasms
L. Scott–also a hot start but will it last?
J. Pierre–playing regularly and I am hurting a bit in SBs right now; but SBs is all Pierre has to offer
R. Ibanez–may hit some dingers in NY but...meh
C. Figgins–hot first week and has since gone back to crap
V. Wells–meh
Which one? Scott?

I think Reimold is your add for now, but what CF are available (you could move Jennings back to left)?

Bourjos (CF)
J. Jay (CF/RF)–doesn't clear waivers until Monday
De Aza (CF/RF)
Fowler (CF)
Span (CF)

I like De Aza here, even more than Reimold.

I might too. He's hitting at the top of the order and is scoring runs like crazy. Some pop, some speed...maybe a decent option for the meantime. Thanks.

Ack. Decided to pick up De Aza and someone had just grabbed him. I really thought about the decision between Reimold and Scott and decided to go with Scott. I'm a bit light in RBI right now and he's hitting 5th in that Rays lineup most days. Should be a decent source of RBI. Eventually I'll be able to play Ellsbury in CF and Jennings in LF and/or Morse comes back and I can play him at LF. Scott will be a UTIL/spot starter option at that point if he's still producing.
