Looking for a SP via trade

I am trying to move a hitter for a SP, and want to know what route you think I should go. I've had talks with a few friends and these are possibilities

I give Bruce for Greinke
I give Willingham or Choo for Garza, Latos or Gio
I give Willingham Butler or Choo and Hellickson or Garcia for Lincecum

I don't know who I should target, and if this enough/not enough to get it done. What do you think? My roster is below, let me know what you think some fair offers for these SP are. The managers are all looking for some hitting, OF more than likely

I would trade either Choo or Willingham for Garza, Latos, or Gio. Yes.

I would not trade Bruce for Greinke given your squad.

I would trade Willingham/Choo + Hellickson for Lincecum.
I would not trade Willingham/Choo + Hellickson for Garcia.
I would not trade Butler + Hellickson for either Lincecum or Garcia.

Sorry if it's confusing, but the reason why I posted what I did originally is because I thought it was the best deal for you.
The second best deal is Choo for Garza.
The third best is Willingham for Latos/Gio.

thanks man, yea I know there were several options there. Thanks for expanding. They all started getting confused in my head, and I couldn't figure out what was ideal..
