My D. Wright/C.Perez/C.Ross for his Melky/Rauch/M.Reynolds?

My pitching has been great, OF has been weak obviously. I have solid RP and am looking to upgrade my OF.
I picked Ross up off the WW. Wright has been hurt but still doing a good job.

First thought was Wright is better than Reynolds, Perez is better than Rauch, but Melky is way better than Ross and will help me with RBi, HR and XBH which is a need for me.
