Best SP on the waiver wire

I think I'd still have to go with Garcia over Holland right now in most of my leagues, though with these guys on the waiver this might be a small enough league that you could take a hot Holland ride him and pick up Garcia later. Can't go wrong with either of those two and I think at the end of the year their more likely to have better numbers than the other guys. Also should have more trade value if they have a good 1 month or 2 run than Dempster or Colon, who most people would still be waiting for the bottom to fall out.

I would kill to have this kind of selection.

I'd have to go with Holland. He's tied to a great offense, he's going to win a good number of games, and he's shown he's capable of getting the K's. He's a former top prospect, and I believe he's 26 or 27 this year. He was on of my top sleepers this year and he's definitely gotten off to a good start.

I'd definitely keep an eye on the other guys too, because Garcia and Dempster would also be high quality pickups

OK, I grabbed Holland today after streaming the Ubaldo spot into Vogelsong and Lohse. Now I'm going to stream the Billingsley spot, starting with Peavy tomorrow.

I really need ERA help and we don't count wins, so hopefully Holland delivers on that despite the ballpark.
