I'd go for it, getting the best keeper pitcher and giving up a couple of guys in the 70-80 range? I'll take my chances in a 10 teamer and acquire more talent.

I would definitely do that. Kershaw is the best player in that deal by a long, long distance. You can ride Schafer as long as he stays hot and pick up cheap saves or a MRP with good numbers that backs up a closer and hope to replace the saves you lose with Kimbrel.
