Ive been offered a small trade for one of my pitchers, not sure which one I am going to deal, or even if theres a difference.

But which SP would you keep?

Ted Lilly
or
RA Dickey

I would definitely say to go with Lilly. Not only is he the better player in my opinion, He has a much better team and should get more run support.
