Reverse Trade With New Owner?

Yesterday I made a post about trading with new owners. The trade that was made was

Ryan Howard, JJ Putz and Javy Guerra for Ian Kennedy and Julio Teheran.

This trade is receiving a lot of backlash in the league from different owners.

As LM should I step in and reverse it or just let them bicker of it?

It appears to me the only reason this is creating a problem is because the guy is new. He might know more than any of you. If it isn't collusion, it should not be overturned.

Just looks to me like teams are switching RP for SP. I see no problem.

Howard is very risky right now, but sure has big potential when he returns

two closers coming with him and again depending on your viewpoint saves are very valuable or can be replaced easily on wire at times (and Putz gets hurt and some people thing Jansen will steal job)

Ian Kennedy is either a constant 21 game winning cy young vote getter or a fluke/recurring injury risk as he used to deal with

Teheran is either a potential future ace or just another kid who flames out

Theres more than enough risk/reward/value balance to make this totally non vetoable

is every complaining owner arguing one way? That the vet got the better end of it? On the spot I cant tell you which side id rather have more so that really screams non issue to me (with some more time i could pick a side sure but still nowhere close to a veto).

(a) There's nothing at all wrong with that trade. There's totally reasonable arguments to be made for either side of the deal.

There is too much discussion on vetos in most leagues. A veto should be something that is very rare. As it is getting a trade pushed through is the rare thing.

Absolutley not! Howard is injured, Putz hasn't put two seasons together in a row in forever with Hernandez/Shaw behind him, and Guerra has someone breathing down his neck. In return, the ace of perhaps the most talented team in the NL and a top prospect in a Brave's rotation that just sent down a starter. I'd tell my guys to put their big girl panties on. If Howard doesn't hit well, Putz blows his elbow and Guerra says hi to Jennsen, you guys will be laughing in two months.
