Need help making a trade, WHIR

I am in a 10 team 5x5 roto league. So far my hitting has been the best by far and my pitching has been awful.
These other team in the league ahs the best pitching and the worse hitting, trying to think of a deal that wouldnt hurt me but he couldnt refuse. PLease help, WHIR always! Thanks in advance everyone.
