Trying to Reel in Hanley and Doc WHIR

Postby sigriffey » Wed Apr 18, 2012 3:21 pm

Most of you are familiar with my team that has Cabrera, Prince, etc.... But this question pertains to my team in another league.

I am trying to reel in Hanley and Halladay from a guy who loves Clayton Kershaw.

I offered Kershaw and Asdrubel Cabrera for his Halladay and Hanley. Since it's keeper, there's some big upside in getting Kershaw so he may go for it. Is it a good move for me if he does?

12 Team H2H with 3 keepers (first year). Weird stats...
R, H, HR, RBI, BB, K, GIDP, A, FPCT, AVG, OPS, NSB
IP, W, L, R, BB, K, HLD, TB, ERA, WHIP, K/BB, NSV

I wouldn't deal those two for Kershaw/Cabrera but great if he does for you.

I probably wouldn't do that either if I was the other guy. Hanley is young enough to almost off set you giving up Kershaw, and you add a great pitcher whose just as great but older then kershaw...if you can do it pull the trigger

i know you put ur input in already in my last topic but I posted a trade that I may think about doing a couple posts down in my topic, check it out in let me know what you think

I don't think it is enough either but worth a shot. Kershaw is a better keeper long term so he might be sway with that bit of info.
