Not a chance. He has gone through cold spells like this before but when he gets hot, there isn't another player that is as good as him except maybe Kemp.

Tulo is an elite player. Unless you really think your team is one of the lower-tier teams in your league and you have to mix it up to have a chance, you should not trade Tulo unless you get an elite guy (someone that would be drafted in the top 2 rounds) as part of your return. You should also not make trades at this point in the season where you lose value.
