Where to upgrade? WHIR

12 team H2H (Standard 5x5 cats)

I went offense early, not worrying too much about AVG. and trying to get guys with power/speed. Then I took boom/bust pitchers later on. Where should I look to upgrade, and what can I use to do it?

I'd see about pairing Montero with a closer to get a #2 outfielder.

I might try to move Santana and Espinosa for an upgrade at 2B (maybe someone like Rickie Weeks and a solid SP). I like Montero more than Santana, but he's young and may get more days off.
