In a keeper league how much is Ellsbury worth. I am trying to figure out an offer but I dont know how much is too much with the injury. Is something like Choo and a closer worth it? Other owner only has Motte. If I did that i would move Zobrist to the OF Young to 2B and Moustakas to 3rd and then wait on Jacoby. Its a H2H all categories league 6x6 My lineup is in my sig

I wouldn't give him up for someone that isn't consistently good. How terrible would it be if you traded him and the guy you got back was known for being fluky and had a bad season. Here are a few people I would give him up for (OFs): Matt Holliday, Josh Hamilton, Giancarlo Stanton MAYBE Ben Zobrist
Zobrist is the kinda of guy that always suprizes me with his numbers, so I'm not sure.

Yea ellsbury is still worth quite a bit in keeper leagues. I agree with wannasoda, I would do Holliday or Hamilton. Maybe Stanton.

Ellsbury is a proven 5 tool player, that's a rare thing and is something that is worth a lot of value in a keeper league. I could see Stanton, MAYBE Holliday (he's overrated in my book). It ultimately depends on what the other owner is weak at, scope out his team and see if you have something to fill a hole of his.

A lot depends on your keeper settings. How many do you keep? Do you keep them with the top X picks or is it somehow based on where you took them?
If it's with the top X picks, I might dangle Hosmer and a closer like Myers or Guerra. Hosmer has so much hype maybe he'll bite. If guys are kept in some round based on where they are picked that would really change what might be a good deal for you.

If you can get him for Choo and a closer, I'd do it. Thanks for your help on mine.
