You think waiting for the first Upton HR is bad for you? My starting outfield in my keeper league is Upton/CarGon/Stanton. They have combined for 0 HR and only 8 RBI. Hell, all of CarGon's RBI came in one night!
Yeah Chris Young is a guy I was targeting in my draft. Not sure why people are so afraid of him, his batting average is about what several much higher rated OFers do. He's pretty much a poor man's Granderson imho :shrug>
An irrational fear of players who are at the lower extreme in certain categories. People are shell-shocked by a career .240 hitter and discount his production in the other categories because of it. That is, they give more value to the same amount of HR and RBI from a player with a .280 average, even though they count the same.
And by the way, more BBs than Ks so far. He won't maintain that over the course of the season but it's a good sign that he's at least improving his eye.

I have Stanton as well, so I feel that pain too. And then there's Bruce, He at least has 3 HR's, but not much else.
No, what I'm really waiting for is an RBI. I mean a HR would be nice, but how about a single solitary RBi.
Looks like it might be awhile yet if this thumb injury causes him to miss extended time. Gosh, I thought my OF of Upton, Stanton, and Bruce was going to be sick. Sick as in awesome. Now it's just sick in the completely literal sense of the word.

I've got Stanton, CarGo and Upton (To go along with Hosmer, Dunn and Belt), so my offense is awful right there with you.
