I was just wondering if anyone out there uses activity polls.
Basically they vote for their team name and if they dont vote by a given date they are booted.

Nope not using it. And honestly I would never consider it.

If a guy joins a league and does not keep up his team, it is his problem. Just don't allow him in the league next year. If you boot him, then you have to find another Owner during the season. I don't have to have a poll to know who is keeping up with their team. You can tell by looking at it.

I don't know. That is pretty creative. If you do use it, do the usual methods first. You notice a guy not setting line-ups, then not responding to you emails and this hits 4 or 5 weeks ago. Announce the poll. It would be undeniable proof to boot the guy. Just don't send it out there all the time ause it will offend the active owners.
