Sergio Santos is my only closer. Sergio Romo is the only other possibility on my roster that could potentially get saves, but that's obviously unclear at the moment. I'm intrigued by the deal but am pretty concerned about Cruz's injury history. Thoughts?

Meh .... I wouldn't. Maybe put Ike or LaRoche out there and see if you can get something a bit more low profile done. This point in the season it's tough to get owners off of their closers though.

I couldn't do that trade. Despite the great ability, Cruz has never put in more than 128 games in a season. That's brittleness personified. See what happens with Romo and then reassess your needs. I think moving one of the 1B is a good idea although I expect you'll be dropping Dunn at some point - he's looking like the suck is back...
