Bench 1- Hosmer, Cuddyer, Hart or Cruz? WHIR

Which one of these players should I leave on my bench this week? This is a points league. 1 pt for walk, single, rbi and run. 2pts for double or SB. 3pts for triple. 4pts for HR.

Hosmer- 3 vs Det, 3 vs TOR (last week 17 points)
Cuddyer- 3 vs SD, 3 @ MIL (22)
C Hart- 3 vs LAD, 3 vs COL (21)
N Cruz- 3 @ Boston, 3 @ Det (19)

That's a hard one. The most obvious one to me right off the bat was Cuddyer but then i looked at match ups and he has one of the best. I still think i'd bench him but if you feel like it's too good of a match up to give up i'd go with benching Nelson Cruz. I just love Hosmer overall to bench him and Hart has been on fire so i wouldn't even think about benching either of those two.
