Some guy just dropped a. gordon today which is crazy.. but yesterday s. romo was dropped. I have the #1 waiver, but I assume I will only get one of them, who is the better choice? I think Gordon (especially since I have Ellsbury) is more solid, but saves are worth quite a bit in our league, so romo has appeal. I have my fair share of closers already, I only keep the minimum amount of SP on roster.
Who is more likely to live up to their expectations? Gordon as a batter or Romo as the closer? Who's the droppable player? LoMo? Utley? Rodney? Broxton? Now I have three players on the DL and i'm taking an actual roster spot with a DL player, which sucks.
Gordon has been ice cold, but I think that's just temporary.
Romo is lights out, but not the guaranteed closer.

You have to love owner's panicking in week 2 that a guy they picked in the early rounds is off to a slow start. Pick up Gordon. He is not a player I usually target in the early rounds because of the lack an established track record, but you can't let him pass.
