I would see if you could get someone slightly better then Pence, but if you cant I do like this trade for you. I'm assuming you have another SS though since you are losing Asdrubal?

it's not a bad deal and i can see why you'd be interested but i wouldn't deplete and ridiculous pitching staff just to upgrade minimally with your bats. i like all the players involved so i'd think about it, but i'd shop for a bit

I'd accept the deal.
Pagan is a non-factor in the deal, you have a SS sitting on your bench who will probably replicate A-Cab's stat line and Greinke is not far off Lee value wise. Pence will still produce like a top 60 player and will definitely help you mitigate the loss of Ellsbury (and be a boon to have when Ellsbury does come back).
