Price out after 83 pitches

Not sharp today, but 83 pitches an only 3 innings? Anyone know if there are any injury concerns here?

He wasnt sharp, but he did pitch better than his stat line. Had a lot of close calls the went the other way, and Ellsbury doubled after practically throwing the bat at a pitch that fell off the table. And Ortiz' RBI came on a checked swing.
