I just offered the exact same deal in my keeper, and got turned down flat. He rated it one out of five stars.
Not sure who is selling high here (probably everyone) but there is a Cain+pence for McCutcheon deal on the table in my league right now. Pretty intriguing.

like I said, probably all. Selling high on cutch, Cain and pence. All having very nice seasons.
McCutchen is going to see major regression in the 2nd half, the Pirates in general will fall flat.
Oddly enough I think Pujols is a buy low at this point. For some reason people still keep talking about him not being the same old Pujols and how his bad season isn't a fluke. Since mid May he is hitting .323 with a 1.004 OPS, 13 HR, 6 SB and 39 RBI in 50 games and somehow people just aren't noticing.
In keepers are u guys buying or selling Justin Upton?
If selling, what are some names (pitchers or hitters) that youd be looking to get back in a 1 for 1? If buying, what kind of offers are u throwing out there?

I'd like to think that Matt Cain more than bridges the gap between McCutchen and Hunter Pence, who could also have his fantasy value increase in the 2nd half with the addition of Ryan Howard and Chase Utley to the Philly lineup. Pence had a very good first half and there's no reason to believe he won't repeat that performance in the second half. To me the trade looks like you're getting Matt Cain at the expense of some Stolen Bases and maybe some AVG points, but even that's not for certain.

In first, trading to the team in last, I sold:
Wil Myers ($5) and Johnny Cueto ($10) for Justin Upton ($37).
For reference, the price on Upton is the 11th highest, so totally unkeepable.
