Please Analyze My Team WHIR

So, I had a rough week one (though, I wasn't able to log on much because of internet issues) and this week I am barely beating the other team. What can I do to improve?

Here is how my league looks: 12 team h2h dynasty. 6x6 (R, HR, RBI, SB, BA, OPS and W, ERA, WHIP, SV, K, Holds)

This is how my daily lineup looks for the most part:

1B Michael Young
2B Cano
3B Sandoval
SS Tulo
LF Kendrick
CF Austin Jackson
RF Lance Berkman
OF John Mayberry
UT Hanley Ramirez
BN Morneau, Rasmus, Moustakas, Alexei Ramirez

SP: Kershaw, Greinke, Hudson, Latos, Johan, Niemann
RP: Valverde, Betancourt, Dolis, Benoit, Sean Burnett
DL: Britton, Anderson

Any thoughts? I have been trying to move Hanley for a top line OF. One person has put Cargon on the block and has shown interest in HanRam and Pablo. Is that too much to give up? He also has Kemp. Would HanRam and Pablo for Kemp be good?

You a tigers fan? Benoit, Jackson, AND Valverde. Unless he's another Valverde drop him and add Jason Grilli or Tom Wilhelmsen. Would also recommend adding A.J. Pierzynski instead of McCann if he's available (or Avila if you're a Tigers fan like me, could be a steal if he bounces back). Carlos Ruiz would also be a guy to keep an eye on (Catcher for Philly, got suspended) but you'd have to have another option until he comes back from his suspension. http://games.espn.go.com/flb/clubhouse? ... sonId=2013.
