More than a little early to settle on the #2 ceiling. On a pure stuff level I've heard better things about Bundy than Bauer too. I like both but they still have things to work on.

Depends. Are there any limits on how long you can keep him? For 10 team with only 3 keepers I would probably say no unless there is no limit and you can keep him for the next 15 years.
