My ERA and WHIP to this early point in the season have been an absolute joke: 1.18 ERA and .94 WHIP in 84 IP. Those numbers were 1.16 and .91 in 70 before Randall Delgado burned me a bit last night. I just had to share/brag, because things can only get worse from here on out. My luck with spot starters has been ridiculous.
It's always helped me to carry a bevy of stud relievers and this season has been no exception, but with Howard and Upton on the DL, two of my roster slots have been a revolving door. As a result, I've already used six spot starters in Hunter, Lowe, Alvarez, Milone, Delgado and Saunders, and with the exception of Delgado, none of them could have possibly thrown better.
Anyone ever seen ERA and WHIP like these through this many fantasy innings?
