I have a huge hole in my team at SS and have been unsuccessful at getting anyone to do a deal with me for filling that hole with any decent SS. It is a huge 16 team, H2H points Dynasty league and most every SS is gone, except for Alex Gonzalez(whom I picked up) and guys like Carroll and Greene. I have Pastornicky on my Farm Team so he is someone I can promote to my roster whenever I want.
I have been offered this trade:
I get Jeter and I give up Gonzalez from my roster and Banuelos and Pastornicky from my Farm Team.
Should I do this deal?

If you are trying to win this year, then I think this is a pretty fair trade honestly. Alex Gonzalez is nothing special, and I dont see Pastornicky really being anything special in the future. He is solid, but I dont see him standing out in fantasy.
So far so good, as I am 1-0 and 2nd highest scorer in league out of 16 teams. Here is my roster after trade if I take it: Start Hitters: Posey, Fielder, Uggla, JETER, Cuddyer, Longoria, Sandoval, Cespedes, Schafer, Swisher, Raburn, Freese Bench: Helton SPs: Romero, Lewis, Bedard, Niese, Sanchez, Guthrie RPs: Guerra, Rodney, Santiago, Lidge, Thornton, Peralta, Henry Rodriguez DL: Morse, Drew, Craig, Madson
Should I go for it all this year and take the deal or stand pat?

Santiago should be on active roster over rodriguez.
how many batters do you start. i think you should move cuddyer, people over value him because of his eligibility 1b,2b,of. maybe get jeter and one of his young guys?

A few games ago, before Jeter woke up, I got offered Jeter straight up for Cuddyer and turned it down. Reoffered it to him and he turned it down and countered with the deal this thread is based on.
We start: C,1B,2B,3B,SS,CI,MI,LF,CF,RF,OF,UT. SP,SP,SP,RP,RP,RP,RP,P. Daily lineup changes. All rookies can move back and forth between Farm and Roster as many times as desired during this year... so I usually demote Santiago to Farm when I want to pick up a spot SP, like Guthrie today. Tomorrow, I can cut Guthrie or someone else or demote Cespedes if he doesn't have a game. Santiago is usually starting.
