How good are the Barflies? Please rate.

I hesitate to post this. I hate to take without giving back. But, this is only my second season (finished 11th of 12 last year!) and I feel if I was good enough to rate other people's teams I would not need help with mine. I would hate for anyone to take my advice because I am not sure that I know what it takes to win! Anyway, I am in a 12 team 5x5 roto league. I think I drafted pretty well and I am off to a good start (1st place so far!). I just completed a good trade (I got Teixeira for Frank Francisco and Michael Young). I want to keep my hot start going so.....what do I do now? Thanks in advance:

I know I am heavy in the OF and REALLY heavy at 1b (1 day after the Tex trade) but what position should I go for? What players should I target for trades? Who should I give up? Or should I stand pat and be patient?
