I am very thin with my SP with Felix, Moore, Minor, Hughes. I went with closer Paplebon, Kimbrel, Axford. Max innings pitched is 1350. I drafted Roy Oswalt with my last pick. All of my bench players are hitters-LaRoche, Figgins,Alaverz, Huff might have some value . I am hoping to trade one of them for a marginal SP at somepoint. My question is do I drop Oswalt for one of these FA pitchers. 16 team leauge not much out there.
Pelfrey
Wolf
Harang
Vargas
Detwiler
Volstad
Porcello
I know it is early. I think I continue to hold Oswalt. He might be on a team by the Middle of June or do I drop him and pick him up June 1st?

Detwiler looked good, and is a very tempting add. Only downside is limited pitch counts, but this could limit damage done in later innings as well. My advice however is going to sound like a broken record, but I personally would just have a dedicated spot to add and drop pitchers with excellent match ups. Unless you have very limited transactions rules and such.

Keep an eye on porcello. He looked exceptional in his first start. But, I'd say watch another start or two before any knee jerk reactions..
