Addition to Pitching

I want to add a few pitchers to my roster, but I'm not sure who to pick up. I'm in a 10 team h2h league. The pitching categories that are scored are: W, S, K, ERA, WHIP, K/BB, RW, Pick, NH, and PG.

Currently I have:
SP - Wandy Rodriguez
SP - Justin Verlander
RP - John Axford
RP - Joel Hanrahan
P - Anibal Sanchez (SP)
P - Sergio Santos (RP)
P - Jared Weaver (SP)
BN - Dan Haren (SP)

Some options for players that I can pick up are:
Relief:
Frank Francisco
Grant Belfour
Jim Johnson
Kenley Jansen
Most RPs outside the top 25 are available as well

Starting:
Ryan Dempster
Chad Billingsley
Colby Lewis
Clay Buchholz
Vance Worley
Most SPs outside the top 25 are available as well

I like Balfour more than Wandy. I don't care for any of those SP on the WW and I don't see anyone else to drop.

Is Liarno available? I think he could be a big bounce back player. I like Wandy and hope he gets trade because the Astros suck. He will not have great stats in Hou. You need SP help, but none of them excited me.

Dempster is underrated, very nice K/9
Billingsley has always had talent, if he would quit walking guys
