Drop McCarthy for Hector Santiago?

I'm new to Fantasy Baseball but understand fantasy football and statistics.

The league uses this pitching format:

SP - Cliff Lee
SP - Ricky Romero
RP - Joel Hanrahan
RP - Javy Guerra
P - Brandon Morrow
P - Justin Masterson
P - Luke Hochevar
P - Sean Marshall (RP)
BN -Jake Peavy
BN - Brandon McCarthy

Wins (5)
Saves (5)
IP (1)
ER (-1)
K (2)

I think I'd like to add another closer to chase some K's and Saves while not chewing up too many IPs (1400 cap). Worth it to get Santiago? I kinda like Hochevar and Peavy's upside more but would they be better drops than McCarthy?

Yeah don't drop McCarthy, I would definitely drop either Hochevar or Peavy (I would drop Hochevar). McCarthy could have a very solid season, and I like him a lot.

I would drop Peavy pretty easily. Peavy hasn't been healthy since I was in college.
