Matt Capps or This Hector Santiago character?

This may be a dumb question, but figured I would ask as this Santiago guy is having a huge following. Farnsworth is on DL for me and I'm getting frustrated already looking at my roster and seeing Farnsworth, Upton, and Carpenter on the DL! I need room, but feel dropping any of these guys is a terrible idea.....

They both have the job now, and honestly Capps may have a longer leash, but he's the #1 guy I do not want to deal with this season. Everyone is expecting Capps to melt down and lose his job over the summer, and there are quite a few (valid) reasons for that to happen. On the other hand, Todd Jones and Bob Wickman rode terrible peripherals to 30+ SV seasons, so...
