My starting pitching could use some help and I have a glut of OF.
Given is hot start, should I offer up my Cespedes for Greinke?

Not a chance you are getting Zach for Cespedes. Maybe Gio or HellBoy. Even that is questionable. Cespedes has had a nice start but 9 strike outs in 16 at bats is going to make most owners hesitant about trading for him.
"In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move."- Douglas Adams
If someone sent me that trade I would be insulted.
Streamers Yesterday > NONE (used all of weeks moves shuffling batting) Today > NONE Tomorrow > Duane Below Vs KC *Worley (> My guy ) (* Wanted but taken)
I'd be more likely to send a note saying you'd like to move OF for SP, and see if you can get a deal going. Becuase Cespedes for Greinke is a complete non-starter for me.
