Predicted to be a top 20 SP coming into the season, but I can seem him going to be dropped en masse in the near future.

Too quick a reaction - I mean, if he pitches 1 more inning (he is at 85 pitches), he is in line for the win.

I have him and am not worried in the slightest. 1 start doesn't mean anything, especially 1st start of the season. Hope this post was a joke.

Top 20 is a little high.
The legit rankings i saw, had him about 28th.
He was nervous, so i expect him to be better.
Never base anything off of one game.

Based on this theory ... Cole Hammel's is a total bust then. I mean he actually only pitched 5 innings to a 5+ERA....ROFLMAO OH wait...he has an avg 5.89 ERA in 1st starts of the season over the last 5 years. With 162 games (30+ for starters) you really need to try to have patience. This is like dropping a top NFL prospect, after the first half of game 1 of the NFL season, because he only has 40 yards and a fumble.
